Factory Internal Logistics Lead

About the role

Join BSH Home Appliances Group as the Factory Internal Logistics Lead, responsible for driving efficient warehouse operations that support production and customer demand. You will oversee receiving, line feeding, inventory accuracy, and internal transport within a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage receiving activities, truck unloading, goods receipt booking and creation of shipping documents.
• Coordinate internal transport of external and pre‑produced goods, including metal parts and finished products.
• Prepare materials for line feeding (picking/setting) and execute Milkrun deliveries to the point of use.
• Maintain inventory accuracy, conduct annual physical stock counts, and ensure safety and productivity standards.
• Handle internal movement of empty boxes, returns, waste and scrap.

Required profile

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in warehousing and logistics.
• Proven ability to communicate with production, quality, materials and other cross‑functional teams.
• Strong understanding of warehousing processes and material flow.
