Field Sales Representative – IT Services

About the role

Q-Tech is looking for a motivated Field Sales Representative to promote its portfolio of IT services across the 10th of Ramadan area and surrounding regions. You will work on‑site, meeting prospects and existing clients, assessing their technology needs, and proposing tailored solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new leads through outbound visits and networking.
• Schedule, conduct, and follow up on sales meetings with prospects and customers.
• Prepare and present proposals that match client requirements.
• Close sales and achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
• Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with assigned accounts.
• Coordinate with internal technical and delivery teams to ensure successful service implementation.
• Report sales activities, pipeline status, and market feedback to management.
• Participate in product and service training to stay current on Q-Tech offerings.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and customer‑service abilities.
• Proven experience in field or outdoor sales, including prospecting, negotiation, and closing.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet sales targets.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the region.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field is an advantage.
