Field Sales Representative

About the role

The Field Sales Representative will drive direct sales and promotion of VAPORESSO/DOJO products across the FMCG retail market in Cairo. You will visit convenience stores, vape shops and tobacco retailers to increase product distribution, adoption and revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct regular in‑person visits to retail outlets, presenting and selling VAPORESSO/DOJO products.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with store owners and key decision‑makers, identifying new business opportunities.
• Monitor competitor activities, pricing and consumer trends, providing market feedback to headquarters.
• Negotiate for additional shelf space and improve in‑store product visibility through displays and promotions.
• Participate in in‑store promotions, roadshows, marketing campaigns and industry events.

Required profile

• High school diploma or higher.
• Proven direct sales experience in FMCG, preferably retail channel sales.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets through store visits and negotiations.
• Experience in e‑cigarette, tobacco or related FMCG industries is a plus.
• Fluent Arabic and sufficient English for business communication.
• Valid Egyptian driving licence and personal vehicle (motorcycle or car) for field visits.
• Willingness to travel frequently throughout Old Cairo and other Cairo areas.
