Field Trainer

About the role

KONE is seeking a Field Trainer to plan and deliver both new and ongoing training on KONE methodologies to field operatives, preparing them for product and service changes and ensuring safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Train proactively and coach field operatives in the Training Center and/or on site.
• Conduct trainings to develop competences of non‑technical people on technical topics.
• Participate in training planning and catalogue creation, maintain training records in konelearning.com.
• Localize global instructions and training content, including translation and proof‑reading.
• Communicate changes to codes, methods, products and training materials to field operatives and part‑time trainers.
• Act as a safety role model, participate in incident investigations and assess safety and method passports.

Required profile

• Bachelor or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 3–5 years experience in installation or field support in the elevator & escalator industry.
• Excellent communication, presentation and analytical skills.
• Highly motivated, goal‑oriented, diligent, organized self‑starter.
• Strong user of MS Office.
• Excellent verbal and written Arabic.
