About the role
The Finalizer Specialist will review and finalize creative artwork for a variety of media and communication channels. You will ensure all designs meet technical, brand, and production standards before delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Check dimensions, colors, resolution, typography, and file formats before sending to production.
- Prepare and adapt artwork for digital, print, OOH, events, and other marketing materials.
- Coordinate with Creative, Account Management, and Production teams to ensure smooth delivery.
- Apply final revisions based on client and internal feedback.
- Organize final artwork files with proper naming and version control while handling multiple projects under tight deadlines.
Required profile
- 3–5 years of experience as a Finalizer, Artwork Specialist, or similar role in a marketing/advertising agency.
- Strong understanding of print and digital production requirements.
- Agency experience, preferably within a 360° marketing agency.
