Finance Manager – Construction

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to oversee financial operations across multiple construction sites. The role involves budgeting, payments, and comprehensive accounting management to ensure financial integrity and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

  • Monitor budgeting for all sites and projects.
  • Manage contractors' and subcontractors' payments.
  • Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and control budgets.
  • Prepare accounting reports for inventories and fixed assets.
  • Conduct cost analysis and financial statements.
  • Handle daily transactions such as petty cash, loans, and site cash flow.
  • Process purchase orders and finalize related payments.
  • Execute treasury and bank transactions.

Required profile

  • Minimum 15 years of accounting experience, preferably in construction.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
  • Previous role as Chief Accountant or equivalent senior position.
  • Proven experience dealing with contractors and suppliers.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting software.
