Finance Manager

About the role

Robert Bosch Egypt seeks an experienced Finance Manager to lead the country finance function. You will be responsible for steering financial planning, control, reporting and treasury activities while supporting strategic business decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Overall management of the country finance team and function.
• Financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and development of short‑ and mid‑term plans.
• Ensuring internal controls, segregation of duties and compliance with policies.
• Analyzing financial performance, preparing reports and providing recommendations.
• Project controlling and investment review, including capital projects and acquisition proposals.
• Tax management and planning in coordination with corporate tax.
• Treasury management – cash optimization, banking relationships and inter‑company activities.
• Overseeing accounting and billing, either internally, via shared services or outsourced providers.
• Commercial support for pricing, payment terms, liability and credit risk.
• Supervising day‑to‑day accounting (AP, AR, GL, asset accounting, travel expense, tax, treasury).
• Driving automation and optimisation projects within finance.
• Stakeholder management with vendors, customers, auditors and local authorities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
• 7‑10 years of finance experience, including at least 4 years as a finance manager in a multinational environment.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work with senior business partners.

Required skills

• High‑level SAP system knowledge.
• Advanced MS Office proficiency.
• Understanding of derivatives, hedging, investments, bank account management and international fund flows.
