Finance Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Finance Manager to lead the country finance function for Bosch Group in Egypt. The role oversees financial planning, budgeting, reporting, tax, treasury and accounting activities while supporting commercial negotiations and driving automation projects.

Key responsibilities

• Overall management of the country finance function and leadership of the finance team.
• Financial planning and budgeting, including forecasting, short‑term budgets and mid‑term plans.
• Ensuring internal controls, segregation of duties and compliance with policies.
• Analyzing financial performance, preparing timely reports and providing recommendations.
• Project controlling and investment review, assessing capital projects and acquisition proposals.
• Tax management and planning, ensuring optimal tax position and timely reporting.
• Treasury management – maintaining optimal cash levels, managing banking relationships and inter‑company activities.
• Overseeing accounting and billing activities, either through internal teams or outsourced providers.
• Providing commercial support on pricing, payment terms, liability and credit risk.
• Supervising day‑to‑day accounting processes (AP, AR, GL, asset accounting, travel expenses, tax and treasury).
• Implementing automation and optimisation projects within finance.
• Stakeholder management with vendors, customers, auditors and local authorities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
• 7‑10 years of finance experience, including at least 4 years as a finance manager in a multinational environment.
• Strong understanding of derivatives, hedging, investments, bank account management and international fund flows.
