Finance Manager

About the role

G4S is seeking a Finance Manager to take full ownership of the finance function for its Egypt operations. Reporting directly to the Country Managing Director, you will act as the commercial right‑hand and be the most senior finance professional in the country.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full P&L, balance sheet and cash‑flow for the Egypt business.
• Partner with the Managing Director on pricing, contract bids, margin improvement and growth strategy.
• Lead statutory and group reporting, budgeting, forecasting and monthly performance reviews with regional leadership.
• Manage treasury, working capital and foreign‑exchange in a complex currency environment.
• Ensure tax compliance and oversee external audit, banking and regulatory relationships.
• Develop and build capability within the local finance team.
• Drive controls, governance and continuous improvement across the operation.
• Present financial results to regional finance leadership and provide visibility across the Middle East business.

Required profile

• Qualified accountant (CMA, CPA, ACCA, CA or equivalent).
• 8+ years of progressive finance experience, including leadership of a finance team.
• Strong command of the full finance stack – financial control, FP&A, treasury, tax and commercial finance.
• Experience in a multinational, matrix environment; security, facilities management or other labour‑intensive industries are a plus.
• Deep familiarity with Egyptian regulatory, tax and banking landscape.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
• Commercially‑minded with a desire to influence business decisions.
