Financial Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Financial Analyst to support investment advisory, financial modeling, and client‑facing analytical work across a diverse portfolio of mandates. The role requires high precision, the ability to produce board‑ready deliverables independently, and fluency in both Arabic and English.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain three‑statement financial models, DCF valuations, scenario analyses, and sensitivity tables in Excel.
• Conduct comparable company and precedent transaction analyses to support valuation mandates.
• Prepare macroeconomic and sector‑specific forecasting models as required.
• Analyze financial statements, capital structures, and return metrics (IRR, MOIC, DSCR) across multiple deal types.
• Support due‑diligence processes for equity, debt, and alternative asset investments.
• Assist in preparing investment committee materials, financial summaries, and transaction briefings.
• Produce board‑ready presentations, financial exhibits, and memoranda in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word, in both Arabic and English.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or a related field.
• 5–10 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, financial advisory, or corporate finance.
• Professional finance qualifications (CFA, CAIA, FMVA) are preferred.
• Full professional fluency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
• Exceptional numerical accuracy, commercial judgment, and ability to work independently.
