Financial Planning & Analyst (FP&A) Senior Manager

About the role

PwC is seeking a Senior Manager to lead its Financial Planning & Analyst (FP&A) function within the ETIC location in Cairo. The role involves overseeing budgeting, forecasting and providing strategic financial guidance to senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the annual budgeting process and quarterly forecasting, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Develop, analyze, and present financial reports to senior management, highlighting trends, risks and opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to evaluate new business initiatives, capital investments and operational efficiencies.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess business performance.
• Mentor and develop FP&A team members, fostering a high‑performance environment.
• Identify and implement best practices to improve FP&A processes.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing financial insights and strategic recommendations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field; MBA or CFA/CPA preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in FP&A or finance, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Strong analytical ability and proven leadership experience.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
