Financial Planning and Analysis Lead

About the role

Servier Egypt is seeking a commercially‑minded finance professional to lead its Financial Planning & Analysis function. In this senior role you will turn data into strategic business decisions, partner with key functions and help shape the future of the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting and long‑range planning processes.
• Deliver actionable financial insights that drive business performance.
• Partner closely with Commercial, Supply Chain and Support functions.
• Develop advanced financial models, KPI dashboards and scenario analyses.
• Drive automation, reporting transformation and AI‑enabled finance solutions.
• Support strategic projects, business cases and investment decisions.

Required profile

• 5‑7 years of experience in FP&A, commercial finance or business analysis within multinational organisations.
• Strong business‑partnering and influencing skills.
• Experience in FMCG, pharmaceutical, manufacturing or other fast‑paced multinational environments.
• Advanced Excel and financial‑modeling expertise.
• Proficiency with Power BI, Tableau or other business‑intelligence tools.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to translate financial insights into business actions.
