Financial Reporting Analyst

About the role

The Financial Reporting Analyst prepares accurate and timely financial reports, supports management decision‑making with detailed analysis, and acts as the primary liaison with governmental and regulatory authorities. The role ensures that accounting records comply with company policies, IFRS, and local standards.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual management reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS, local accounting standards and corporate policies.
• Develop financial reporting packages for shareholders, board of directors and regulatory bodies.
• Analyze results, explain variances against budget, forecast and prior periods, and monitor key financial indicators.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and profitability analysis activities.
• Coordinate with governmental authorities, regulatory bodies and public institutions on compliance matters.
• Maintain records, filing systems and correspondence for all governmental documents.
• Facilitate governmental inspections, audits and official visits.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field.
• 3–6+ years of experience in financial planning, analysis and reporting.
• Strong analytical abilities and experience with government reporting requirements.
• Experience with ERP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Background in manufacturing or multinational environments is a plus.
