First Mile Senior Coordinator – Mansoura

About the role

The First Mile Senior Coordinator will oversee all hub‑related communications in Mansoura, ensuring smooth interaction between Customer Service, Account Managers, and Operations teams. The role is focused on problem‑solving, SLA compliance, and maintaining efficient coordination across departments.

Key responsibilities

• Verify that tracking numbers are correctly written on Bosta flyers and entered into the system.
• Receive new pickups, add tracking numbers to the “Receiving Pickups” sheet, and arrange daily dispatch based on delivery addresses.
• Include cash‑on‑delivery (COD) collection and refund shipments in courier routes and send routes to the Stars app.
• Handle undelivered shipments, obtain receiver signatures and IDs, and process zero‑COD deliveries.
• Monitor Stars Wallets to ensure daily COD deposits match collected amounts.
• Make verification calls on undelivered or canceled shipments and cancel refused shipments in the system.
• Transfer canceled orders after a 24‑hour holding period to the sorting facility and send handover emails with shipment details.
• Perform any related duties as required.

Required profile

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in logistics, e‑commerce, or shipping.
• Graduate degree (only graduates are eligible).
