Fleet Control Tower Sr. Associate

About the role

As a Fleet Control Tower Sr. Associate you will work in the control centre monitoring live fleet data, identifying safety violations and taking immediate corrective actions. You will ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements and safety standards while supporting driver well‑being and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality service in line with defined SLAs and KPIs, driving continuous improvement.
• Provide real‑time monitoring of fleet incidents and safety violations, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Validate reported violations, determine legitimacy and take immediate corrective actions with drivers in English and Arabic.
• Maintain accurate shift records of all incidents and violations for compliance and performance tracking.
• Collaborate with the Health & Safety team to identify operational risks and develop corrective action plans.
• Escalate high‑risk or repeat violations to senior leadership according to escalation protocols.
• Analyze driver behaviour using big‑data tools, identify trends and present actionable insights to support data‑driven decisions.

Required profile

• 0–1 year experience in a call centre, shared services or control‑tower environment.
• Willingness to work rotating 24/7 shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Strong ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize under pressure and maintain composure.
• Personal commitment to safety and adherence to safety standards.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Excel and Power BI or similar data‑visualisation tools.
• Experience or exposure to telematics, fleet‑monitoring platforms and digital dashboards.
• Ability to quickly learn and navigate multiple service‑management and reporting systems.
