Fleet EHS Manager

About the role

The Fleet EHS Manager will lead PepsiCo's fleet safety agenda across North Africa, covering both commercial and non‑commercial vehicles. The role focuses on eliminating significant incidents, improving safety KPIs, and embedding a strong safety culture across a fleet of more than 3,200 vehicles and 34 distribution centres.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and align fleet safety and operation teams to achieve step‑change improvements in safety KPIs.
• Develop consolidated risk‑mitigation plans and a Zero Harm strategy for fleet operations.
• Ensure resources are allocated and managed effectively to deliver safety results.
• Monitor and report on fleet safety performance across deployment, sales, MEM and facilities functions.
• Promote a safe‑driving culture through awareness, engagement and ownership among all stakeholders.
• Stay current with transport regulations and best practices to continuously improve processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience in fleet safety, EHS or related management roles.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder‑engagement capabilities.
• Ability to develop, implement and monitor large‑scale safety programs.
• Knowledge of transport regulations and compliance requirements.
• Analytical mindset with experience handling extensive vehicle fleets.
