About the role
We are looking for a Fleet Senior Coordinator to support the onboarding of newly‑joined couriers during their first 30 days. The role combines attendance tracking, data follow‑up and on‑site field support to ensure a smooth transition into operations.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee and validate vehicle requests from Operations.
- Align fleet capacity planning with operational needs.
- Track acquisition requests and monitor fulfillment status.
- Communicate with fleet suppliers to secure required volumes and timelines.
- Ensure on‑time vehicle delivery according to agreed SLAs and monitor supplier performance.
- Manage vehicle allocation for newly onboarded couriers, including documentation, contracts and handover processes.
- Coordinate with Operations to support courier activation and monitor vehicle‑related losses, damages and financial liabilities.
- Notify relevant parties with proper documentation and follow up on recovery actions until closure.
Required profile
- At least 1 year of experience in operations, fleet, logistics or field coordination.
- Strong communication and follow‑up abilities.
- Comfortable working in the field when needed.
- Attention to detail and problem‑solving mindset.
- Previous experience in last‑mile operations is a plus.
