Fleet Supervisor

About the role

The Fleet Supervisor will lead PepsiCo’s vehicle maintenance programme across the region, ensuring that repair and preventive activities are executed in line with the annual operating plan and budget. This role is pivotal for keeping the fleet reliable, safe and cost‑effective while supporting the company’s broader sustainability goals.

Key responsibilities

• Review and improve the repair and maintenance plan, tracking site maintenance status.
• Plan corrective, periodic and preventive maintenance for all company vehicles.
• Oversee workshop equipment and assets, ensuring compliance with standards.
• Monitor monthly spare‑parts inventory, guarantee availability of critical items and order missing parts.
• Prepare, track and control the annual budget for repair and maintenance activities.
• Manage team overtime and annual leave according to operational needs.
• Identify and negotiate with external workshops offering the best price and efficiency.
• Control petty‑cash advances and payments for the maintenance team.

Required profile

• Proven experience in fleet or vehicle maintenance management.
• Strong budgeting and cost‑control skills.
• Ability to lead and coordinate a maintenance team.
• Good knowledge of workshop standards and safety regulations.
• Excellent organisational and planning abilities.
