Fleet Supervisor – Manage Drivers & Vehicles

About the role

The company is seeking an experienced Fleet Supervisor to oversee all driver and vehicle operations in Cairo. You will ensure compliance with safety standards, optimize vehicle utilization, and support multiple project sites.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and manage all company drivers, enforcing policies and traffic regulations.
• Plan, schedule and monitor daily vehicle deployment to meet project and operational needs.
• Maintain accurate records of mileage, fuel consumption, maintenance history and driver assignments.
• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance, liaising with workshops and service providers.
• Manage vehicle registration, licensing, insurance renewals and related statutory documentation.
• Handle insurance claims, investigate incidents and recommend corrective actions.
• Monitor fuel usage, implement cost‑control measures and prevent misuse.
• Conduct driver performance evaluations and provide coaching on safe driving practices.
• Prepare fleet, maintenance, cost analysis and KPI reports for management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in fleet management, preferably in the construction industry.
• Valid driving license and ability to supervise drivers.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance, fleet operations and transportation regulations.
• Experience with fleet insurance, vehicle registration and accident claims.
• Excellent leadership, communication and organizational abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Experience using fleet management software.
