About the role
The Food & Beverage Director will lead all F&B operations at a historic 5‑star heritage hotel in Alexandria, delivering world‑class dining experiences while driving innovation and profitability.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee all restaurant, bar, room service and banquet operations.
- Develop and implement luxury service standards and culinary concepts.
- Manage budgets, cost controls, and revenue targets.
- Lead, coach and evaluate a multidisciplinary F&B team.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety and quality regulations.
Required profile
- Minimum 15 years of experience in 5‑star hospitality.
- Proven leadership in fine‑dining and luxury service environments.
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to drive profitability.
