Food & Beverage Training Manager

About the role

Accor is looking for a Food & Beverage Training Manager for its Rixos Radamis hotel in Sharm El Sheikh. The role designs and delivers structured F&B training programmes, builds a strong service culture, develops leadership talent and ensures compliance with food safety, hygiene and brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Design and run F&B training covering onboarding, service standards, product knowledge and guest experience, using on-the-job training, classroom sessions and coaching
• Improve guest satisfaction, service quality and upselling performance, and analyse operational data to spot skill gaps
• Support F&B leadership, develop learning pathways for supervisors and help identify high-potential talent for succession planning
• Embed brand values and guest engagement principles, give ongoing coaching and feedback, and ensure HACCP, hygiene, grooming and service standards compliance
• Maintain audit readiness, deliver mandatory training and track completion
• Update training materials, SOPs, manuals and checklists, and use blended learning and digital tools where possible
• Track training metrics, measure effectiveness against guest feedback and operational KPIs, and prepare monthly training reports

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Learning & Development or a related field
• 5-7 years' experience in F&B operations and/or Learning & Development
• Proven experience delivering training in a hospitality setting
• Strong understanding of service standards, guest experience and F&B operations
• Professional level of English; additional languages are a plus

• Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with learning management systems is an advantage
