Food & Beverage Waiter/Waitress

About the role

The Food & Beverage Waiter/Waitress joins the Sheraton team to create memorable dining experiences for guests. You will be the face of the restaurant, ensuring service is smooth, friendly, and aligned with Sheraton’s high standards.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and arrange tables, chairs, and dining areas according to the restaurant layout.
• Communicate guest orders accurately to the kitchen and coordinate timing of service.
• Serve food and beverages promptly, checking for guest satisfaction throughout the meal.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and billing transactions with professionalism.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas, including clearing tables, polishing surfaces, and restocking supplies.
• Move, lift, and carry items up to 25 lb unassisted and up to 50 lb with assistance, following safety guidelines.
• Adhere to uniform, appearance, and conduct standards set by Sheraton.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Less than 1 year of related food‑and‑beverage experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• No specific license or certification needed.
