FP&A Analyst

About the role

The Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst will support PepsiCo’s North Africa operations by building and maintaining the General and Administrative P&L plan, producing monthly forecasts, and delivering insightful financial reporting. Working closely with cross‑functional teams, the analyst will help drive performance, support the annual operating plan and ensure accurate data consolidation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and update the G&A P&L plan and monthly forecasts in collaboration with cross‑functional partners.
• Prepare periodic business reports and performance analyses, explaining variances to plan, forecast and prior year.
• Maintain complex Excel models and create PowerPoint presentations to communicate results and insights.
• Support the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) process and manage monthly HFM submissions and Mosaic uploads.
• Handle cross‑charges with the regional team and manage exceptions through clear communication.
• Participate in ad‑hoc projects aimed at standardisation, optimisation and harmonisation of financial processes.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy in financial analysis and data reconciliation.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across multiple functions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for presenting findings.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel modeling.
• PowerPoint for creating executive presentations.
• Experience with Hyperion Financial Management (HFM).
• Familiarity with Mosaic data upload processes.
