Fragrance Sales Specialist

About the role

Madar is seeking a Fragrance Sales Specialist to join its retail team in Qesm El Obour. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on engaging customers, showcasing fragrance products, and delivering personalized recommendations that drive sales.

Key responsibilities

• Demonstrate fragrances and explain product features and benefits to customers.
• Maintain attractive in‑store displays and ensure a clean, organized sales area.
• Process transactions, handle customer inquiries, and collect feedback.
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets while supporting promotional activities.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve product visibility and customer experience.

Required profile

• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills with a focus on building long‑term relationships.
• Proven sales or retail experience, preferably in fragrances, cosmetics, or personal care.
• Good spoken and written English; Arabic is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of fragrance families and ingredients, with a willingness to learn.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and peak retail hours.
• High school diploma or equivalent; sales or retail training is advantageous.
