Freelance Trainer

About the role

OD Practitioners is seeking a Freelance Trainer to deliver interactive training programs on Organizational Development and related business topics to professional audiences in Egypt. The role involves assessing learning needs, evaluating training effectiveness, and offering actionable feedback for continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging training sessions for OD and business subjects.
• Assess participants' learning needs and tailor content accordingly.
• Measure training impact and provide feedback and recommendations.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure training aligns with objectives.

Required profile

• Strong expertise in Organizational Development, learning & development, and change management.
• Proficiency in instructional design, curriculum development, and adult learning principles.
• Excellent facilitation and presentation abilities, adaptable to diverse audiences.
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills for rapport building and constructive feedback.
• Experience as a trainer, instructor, or coach in OD, HR, or business development settings; knowledge of the Egyptian market is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Business, Education, or related field.
• Relevant professional certifications (e.g., KPI Institute, CIPD, SHRM, ATD) are advantageous.
