Freight Forwarding & Logistics Sales Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Sales Executive to drive growth for our logistics and freight forwarding services. You will identify new business opportunities, build lasting client relationships, and ensure seamless execution of shipments across air, sea, and land.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within logistics, transportation, and freight forwarding.
• Promote a full portfolio of services including air freight, sea freight, land transportation, customs clearance, and warehousing.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to secure new contracts.
• Coordinate closely with operations and customer service teams to guarantee successful shipment execution.
• Achieve assigned sales targets, revenue goals, and key performance indicators.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to uncover growth opportunities.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and account management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1‑3 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or transportation sales.
• Strong knowledge of freight forwarding services, logistics operations, and supply chain solutions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Proven track record of generating leads, building client relationships, and meeting sales targets.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a target‑driven environment.
