French Customer Service Representative (On-site)

About the role

Alorica is seeking a French‑speaking Customer Service Representative to join its on‑site team in Qesm El Sheikh Zayed. You will handle inbound customer inquiries in French, delivering accurate information and resolving issues to ensure a positive experience.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and other communication channels in French.
• Document each interaction accurately in the system.
• Follow established procedures and escalate complex cases when needed.
• Maintain high service standards and meet performance metrics.
• Continuously improve product, service, and policy knowledge.
• Collaborate with supervisors and peers to share feedback and support process improvements.

Required profile

• Strong customer support and service orientation.
• Ability to enhance customer satisfaction through empathetic, solution‑focused interactions.
• Professional phone etiquette with clear communication and active listening.
• Fluency in spoken and written French; good command of English for internal use.
• Excellent problem‑solving, time‑management, and communication skills in a fast‑paced contact‑center environment.
• Willingness to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, or holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent; prior call‑center experience is a plus but not required.

Required skills
