French Customer Support Representative

About the role

The French Customer Support Representative is a full‑time, on‑site position based in New Cairo. You will handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries in French and English across phone, email, chat and other channels, delivering accurate information and timely resolutions.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries in French and English via multiple communication channels.
• Troubleshoot issues, document interactions and follow established workflows.
• Update customer records and escalate complex cases to the appropriate teams.
• Meet performance targets such as response time, quality scores and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with colleagues and supervisors, participate in training sessions and provide feedback for process improvement.

Required profile

• Fluent French and good command of English, with professional verbal and written communication.
• Strong customer service skills: active listening, empathy, conflict resolution and calm handling of challenging situations.
• Organizational and problem‑solving abilities, attention to detail and effective time management.
• Adaptability to a fast‑paced environment and willingness to work rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• High school diploma required; post‑secondary education in business, communication or related fields is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer support or contact centers is preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools.
• Experience using ticketing systems.
• Competence in common office software such as Microsoft Office.
