About the role

TalentPop is seeking a French‑English bilingual specialist to provide non‑voice customer support remotely. You will handle chat and email inquiries, ensuring customers receive clear, accurate information and a positive experience.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer questions via chat and email in both French and English.
• Assist with order inquiries, account issues, and general concerns.
• Troubleshoot problems and deliver precise solutions.
• Document interactions and keep records up to date.
• Collaborate with teammates to maintain consistent service quality.
• Share feedback to improve processes and the overall customer journey.

Required profile

• Fluent reading and writing in French and English.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in e‑commerce.
• Strong attention to detail and written communication skills.
• Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple conversations simultaneously.
• Proactive, solution‑oriented mindset.

Required skills

• Experience with support platforms such as Zendesk, Gorgias, or Shopify.
