French-English Customer Support Associate

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual French-English Customer Support Associate to join our global e‑commerce team. You will interact with customers from Spanish‑speaking regions via phone and live chat, delivering clear, friendly assistance in both French and English. The role is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely, courteous support in French and English through voice calls and live‑chat.
• Troubleshoot customer issues, guide them step‑by‑step to resolution.
• Accurately log all interactions in the ticketing system.
• Identify recurring trends and share feedback to improve processes.
• Collaborate with teammates to stay aligned on priorities and product updates.
• Represent the brand with professionalism and patience.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Strong empathy, problem‑solving mindset and ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Reliable computer (i5 or higher) and high‑speed internet connection.
• Quiet, dedicated workspace for handling calls.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify or similar e‑commerce support tools.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and e‑commerce platforms.
