French Speaking Customer Support Specialist

About the role

The French Customer Service Specialist is a full‑time, on‑site position in New Cairo. You will interact with customers in French through phone, email and chat, handling both inbound and outbound communications.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inquiries, resolve issues and provide product or service information in French.
• Document customer cases accurately and follow established procedures.
• Escalate complex matters to supervisors when necessary.
• Maintain professional communication and adhere to quality and compliance standards.
• Meet performance targets and contribute to continuous process improvement.

Required profile

• Graduate degree (any field).
• Strong phone etiquette and professional communication in French; good spoken and written English is an advantage.
• Previous experience in contact centres or customer care is preferred.
• Ability to work on‑site in New Cairo and follow structured processes.
• Resilience, problem‑solving skills and the capacity to handle high‑volume interactions calmly and empathetically.

Required skills

• Basic computer literacy.
• Familiarity with CRM or ticketing systems.
