French‑Speaking Account Manager – Business‑as‑Usual Support

About the role

Network International is seeking a French‑speaking Account Manager to handle Business‑as‑Usual (BAU) issues for its banking clients. You will act as the primary point of contact, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations and delivering high‑quality service to our partners across the payments ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all BAU requests and incidents through Jira, email, and phone, maintaining accurate records.
• Update weekly escalation and challenge sheets and own all communications with assigned banks.
• Prepare and present monthly service review reports to clients.
• Follow incident and problem‑management processes to resolve issues efficiently.
• Attend physical meetings with bank representatives as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
• Previous experience in a similar customer‑service or account‑management role is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in both French and English.
• Strong teamwork orientation and effective presentation abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience using Jira or similar ticketing systems.
