About the role
We are seeking a professional Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact for visitors and clients at our Katameya office in Cairo. The role involves managing daily front‑office activities, ensuring a welcoming environment, and supporting various administrative functions.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls.
- Manage meeting‑room bookings and office appointments.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Maintain organized records and filing systems.
- Provide administrative support to multiple departments as needed.
Required profile
- Previous experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Officer, or similar role is preferred.
- Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
- Good command of English.
