Front Office Manager – Luxury Resort

About the role

Steigenberger Golf Resort El Gouna is looking for an energetic and service‑driven Front Office Manager to lead its Front Office team. The role focuses on delivering a world‑class guest experience that aligns with international luxury hospitality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all Front Office operations, ensuring smooth arrivals, departures, VIP handling and guest requests.
• Maintain and continuously improve service quality in line with Steigenberger brand standards.
• Coach, motivate and develop front office staff, fostering a high‑performance culture.
• Collaborate closely with Housekeeping, Reservations, Revenue and other departments to optimise operational efficiency.
• Monitor departmental KPIs, guest feedback and quality metrics, implementing corrective actions as needed.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of Front Office experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial role within a 5‑star or international hotel chain.
• Fluent in English and German, both spoken and written.
• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven problem‑solving and decision‑making skills with a guest‑centric mindset.
• Well‑presented, dynamic and highly motivated personality.

Required skills

• Proficiency with hotel Property Management Systems, specifically Opera PMS (mandatory).
• Solid understanding of guest relations, room operations and revenue awareness.
