About the role

As a Front Office Shift Leader you will be the face of the hotel, ensuring every guest receives warm, memorable service. You will coordinate front‑desk activities, support lobby and bell teams, and help create a welcoming atmosphere throughout each shift.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate department activities and support lobby and bell team members to maintain high‑quality guest service.
• Respond promptly and professionally to phone, email, and in‑person inquiries from guests and team members.
• Greet guests warmly, provide directions, local recommendations, and general information to enhance their stay.
• Organise and verify group documentation, rooming lists, and luggage details for accurate delivery of amenities.
• Assist with departmental initiatives, special projects, and ad‑hoc assignments.
• Provide clerical support such as word processing, data entry, filing, and copying for department managers.
