Full Stack Developer (.NET) – Manager

About the role

At PwC, the Software Engineering team creates cutting‑edge solutions that drive digital transformation for clients. As a Full Stack Development Manager you will lead a team building robust web applications using .NET and modern front‑end frameworks such as Angular or React.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of scalable web applications on the .NET stack with Angular/React front‑ends.
• Manage, mentor and conduct performance reviews for a team of software engineers.
• Define and enforce coding standards, best practices and architectural guidelines.
• Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives.
• Oversee project timelines, resource allocation and risk management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in .NET and Angular/React development, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong background in system architecture, API design and database optimisation.
• Proficiency with Git, CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
• Excellent command of English and proven ability to work with global teams.
