Functional Consultant – IT Supply Chain & Finance

About the role

We are seeking a Functional Consultant with strong experience in IT Supply Chain and IT Finance systems to support our fast‑paced FMCG environment. The role bridges business requirements with technology solutions, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance of critical applications.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse and translate business needs into functional specifications for ERP, WMS and TMS solutions.
• Act as the subject‑matter expert for supply chain and finance applications.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design, configure, and test system enhancements.
• Maintain documentation, user experience guidelines, quality, security and compliance standards.
• Provide training and support to end‑users, ensuring effective adoption of technology.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Computing or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in IT Supply Chain and Finance domains.
• Proven ability to work in a collaborative, dynamic FMCG setting.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with ERP systems such as JDE, Microsoft Business Central and Odoo.
• Experience with WMS platforms including Infor, Manhattan and Körber.
• Knowledge of TMS solutions such as Roadnet and BlueRock.
