Furniture Factory Manager

About the role

Ricrac is seeking an experienced Furniture Factory Manager to lead and develop its manufacturing operations. The role focuses on ensuring efficient production, high quality standards, and timely delivery of furniture products.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee production planning and scheduling for wood and upholstery departments.
• Manage quality control, cost control, and waste reduction initiatives.
• Coordinate maintenance activities to ensure equipment reliability.
• Lead and develop supervisors, engineers, technicians, and production staff.
• Monitor workforce performance and drive on‑time delivery of finished goods.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience managing a furniture factory.
• Strong background in wood production, upholstery, finishing, and assembly.
• Proven ability to manage production planning, costing, waste, quality, and delivery.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams including supervisors, engineers, and technicians.
