Furniture Showroom Sales Executive

About the role

CHIC HOMZ is seeking a full‑time Furniture Showroom Sales Executive to join its retail team in Egypt. You will greet customers, understand their interior design needs, and guide them to the right furniture and décor solutions, ensuring a seamless purchase experience.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome visitors to the showroom and assess their style and functional requirements.
• Present product features, benefits, and design options, preparing accurate quotations.
• Maintain a well‑organized, visually appealing showroom that follows merchandising standards.
• Handle customer inquiries in person and by phone, updating sales records promptly.
• Coordinate with the operations team on stock availability, delivery schedules, and after‑sales support.
• Follow up with clients post‑purchase to nurture long‑term relationships and encourage repeat business.

Required profile

• Proven experience in retail or showroom sales, preferably in furniture, home décor, or related consumer products.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to build relationships.
• Effective communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree or coursework in business, marketing, or design is a plus.
• Experience in the Egyptian retail market, fluency in Arabic, and good command of English.
• Availability to work full‑time on‑site, including weekends or extended retail hours.

Required skills

• Basic proficiency with point‑of‑sale (POS) systems.
• Familiarity with inventory management tools.
• Competence in common office applications such as email and spreadsheets.
