General Manager – Business Consulting

About the role

V-ALUE Business Planning & Consulting is seeking a General Manager to steer the firm through a critical growth phase. Based in Cairo, you will lead sales, marketing, people, and operations while expanding the business into the GCC, particularly Saudi Arabia.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute sales and business development strategy, build pipeline systems, and lead the sales team.
• Direct digital marketing strategy, manage channels such as LinkedIn, paid media, content, and SEO, and meet lead‑generation targets.
• Shape pricing, offers, and go‑to‑market plans for consulting services across Egypt and the Gulf.
• Rebuild the board and senior leadership team, recruit senior leaders, and establish a management layer.
• Implement a full HR management system covering structure, policies, performance management, and development paths.
• Oversee day‑to‑day operations, delivery quality, deadlines, and accountability.
• Use business analytics to guide decisions on pipeline health, marketing ROI, and firm performance.
• Champion AI adoption across workflows and manage a parallel software business line.

Required profile

• Proven hands‑on experience in business development and team leadership.
• Strong background in digital marketing with ability to evaluate conversion performance.
• Track record selling services into the GCC market, especially Saudi Arabia.
• Experience building or restructuring senior leadership teams.
• Capability to design and roll out an HR management system.
