Geocycle Area Sales Manager

About the role

The Geocycle Area Sales Manager will lead the development and growth of waste‑management services in the New Cairo region. Reporting to the head office, you will build and nurture relationships with existing and new customers, delivering tailored waste solutions that align with sustainability goals.

Key responsibilities

• Adhere to health, safety, quality and environmental legislation during site visits and outdoor activities.
• Conduct market research with the business development team to identify opportunities and assess customer needs.
• Design and implement a strategic sales plan to meet annual targets for the assigned area.
• Generate leads through cold calling, networking and social media outreach.
• Engage potential clients, understand their operational requirements and present waste‑service proposals.
• Negotiate and close deals while handling objections and complaints effectively.
• Collaborate with operations to design technical and financial waste‑solution proposals.
• Act as a client advocate, improving the buyer experience through feedback and process improvements.
• Identify industry trends to expand into new market segments.

Required profile

• Proven B2B sales experience, preferably in waste management or related environmental services.
• Strong ability to develop customized waste solutions and present technical proposals.
• Excellent negotiation and client‑relationship skills.
• Willingness to travel within Cairo for site visits and customer meetings.
• Knowledge of health, safety and environmental regulations applicable to waste handling.
