German‑Speaking Presales Representative (Remote, Freelance)

About the role

Mindy Support is looking for a German‑speaking Presales Representative to join its fast‑growing, fully remote team. You will work full‑time on a freelance basis, handling inbound and outbound calls, managing customer data, and supporting the sales process for an international client base.

Key responsibilities

• Make follow‑up calls with leads to book doctor's appointments.
• Contact customers who cancelled appointments and attempt to re‑book them.
• Maintain and update the customer database in HubSpot CRM.
• Perform additional administrative tasks as required.
• Report activity and results to senior management.

Required profile

• Fluent German (C1) and good English (B2) communication skills.
• Committed, decent, and able to work under stress.
• Team‑player with strong communication abilities.
• Previous customer service or presales experience.
• Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Zendesk or Gensis.
