German‑Speaking Team Manager – Alexandria

About the role

Sutherland is seeking an experienced German‑speaking Team Manager to support a growing program in Alexandria. The role owns day‑to‑day team performance, sales validation, coaching and people leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Validate agent activities against assigned lead volumes and resolve mismatches.
• Review sales with required artifacts, approve only validated sales and reject invalid ones.
• Conduct one‑on‑one coaching, reviewing at least one customer contact per agent each week and document feedback.
• Lead pre‑shift and post‑shift huddles, cascade process or policy updates.
• Own team performance across sales, productivity, quality and attendance.
• Maintain quality and compliance oversight and manage stakeholder communication, escalations and action plans.
• Review reporting, act on performance gaps and support employee engagement and development.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of team management experience within the BPO industry.
• German language proficiency at B1 level (B2 preferred).
• Proven ability to coach, mentor and develop frontline agents.
• Experience in B2B sales or customer service.
• Willingness to work onsite in Alexandria.
