Global Markets Graduate Launch Program 2027

About the role

Join Mastercard’s Global Markets Graduate Launch Program in Cairo for an 18‑month rotational experience. You will work across two nine‑month tracks—Sales & Business Development and Product Management & Solutions—gaining hands‑on exposure to commercial strategy, market intelligence, and product delivery within the payments ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Support strategic sales planning, consultative selling, and revenue generation for Mastercard integrated solutions.
• Provide market intelligence to product teams, helping shape product design, development, and implementation.
• Coordinate project status, financials, schedules, and resource allocation to ensure timely delivery of product initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on solution architecture and customer insight gathering.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s program with expected graduation in Spring 2027.
• Available to start on 1 September 2027.
• Demonstrated leadership in work or extracurricular activities and a passion for delivering high‑quality results.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly.
