Global Reservation Agent

About the role

The Global Reservation Agent will join TravelYalla’s fast‑growing team in Qesm El Nozha, handling end‑to‑end booking processes for flights, hotels and travel packages. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on delivering a seamless reservation experience while promoting TravelYalla’s product portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Create, modify and confirm bookings across multiple travel channels.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries, providing accurate travel information and resolving issues.
• Promote relevant travel products and upsell services to meet revenue targets.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to ensure smooth operations.
• Follow company policies, industry standards and contribute to continuous service improvement.
• Support training initiatives for new tools and procedures.

Required profile

• Strong reservation experience with the ability to manage bookings, changes and cancellations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven customer‑service orientation and ability to handle complaints and special requests.
• Sales mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Detail‑oriented, problem‑solver comfortable in a fast‑paced environment.
• Relevant experience in travel, hospitality or contact‑center settings; multilingual abilities are a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with GDS tools (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre) and online booking platforms.
