About the role

Accenture is seeking a Global Talent – HR Platforms Consultant to join its HR Strategy & Transformation team. The consultant will work with clients to redesign HR operating models, enhance talent management capabilities, and drive the implementation of cloud‑based HR SaaS solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design and optimize HR operating models, organization structures, and capability frameworks.
• Develop competency‑based talent management approaches, including modelling, assessment, and integration with HR processes.
• Analyze workforce effectiveness, conduct planning, and recommend optimization strategies.
• Assess, design, and deploy HR shared services across global delivery sites.
• Lead process‑excellence initiatives, redesigning HR and talent processes for innovation and efficiency.
• Configure, test, and enable change for HR SaaS platforms, providing training and support to clients.

Required profile

• Proven experience in HR and talent management process design.
• Strong background in business process re‑engineering and HR system implementation.
• Ability to work in a distributed delivery model (on‑site, near‑shore, offshore).
• Excellent analytical and communication skills to influence senior stakeholders.
