Graphic Designer – Arabic Market (Performance Advertising)

About the role

We are looking for a Graphic Designer focused on the Arabic market to create high‑impact visual assets for paid advertising campaigns. The role sits within our performance‑marketing team and works closely with international media‑buying and marketing colleagues to drive growth through data‑driven design.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver image‑based ad creatives for information‑flow platforms targeting Arabic‑speaking audiences.
• Adapt designs to platform specifications and best practices (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Google).
• Collaborate with media‑buying and marketing teams to understand campaign goals and execute efficiently.
• Analyze performance metrics such as CTR, CVR, and engagement, refining visuals based on results.
• Document effective design patterns for the Arabic market and build reusable templates.
• Ensure all creatives respect local cultural and religious sensitivities.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in advertising graphic design or performance‑focused visual design.
• Fluent Arabic with strong knowledge of Middle‑Eastern culture and audience preferences.
• Good English proficiency for collaboration with international teams.
• Highly organized, able to maintain consistent output in a fast‑paced, multitasking environment.

Required skills

• Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator (motion or video skills are a plus).
• Solid visual foundation: color theory, layout, typography, and hierarchy.
• Clear advertising mindset, understanding how design influences user behavior and conversion.
• Basic ability to interpret performance data and iterate designs accordingly.
