Graphic Designer (B2B & Infographics)

About the role

We are looking for a versatile Graphic Designer to create engaging visual assets for B2B audiences. The role focuses on social media graphics, infographics, website visuals, and marketing collateral across a range of industries.

Key responsibilities

• Design graphics for social media, presentations, websites, and marketing materials.
• Create professional infographics and visual assets tailored to diverse service lines.
• Produce cover images, on‑page visuals, and digital campaign creatives from awareness to lead generation.
• Develop employer‑branding, recruitment, and internal HR visuals for LinkedIn, email, and B2B digital content.
• Design LinkedIn newsletter illustrations, email campaign graphics, and short‑form motion videos (1‑3 min reels).
• Research platform specifications and ensure correct file formats, dimensions, and resolution.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Business Development, and the Digital Marketing Supervisor to turn briefs into impactful designs.
• Manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and flag timeline or resourcing risks early.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Media, Fine/Applied Arts, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of professional design experience in an agency or in‑house setting.
• Strong portfolio showcasing infographics, digital/social work, branding, and short‑form motion.
• Ability to stay current with design, motion, AI, and social‑media trends.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
• Working knowledge of Adobe After Effects and/or Premiere Pro for short‑form motion.
• Experience with AI‑assisted design tools for ideation and asset generation.
• Attention to brand consistency, colour, typography, and layout structure.
