Graphic Designer – Brand & Visual Communications

About the role

Career 180, a fast‑growing Ed‑Tech startup in Egypt, is looking for a Graphic Designer to shape its visual identity across digital and print channels. You will work closely with marketing, events and business development teams to turn strategic ideas into compelling visual assets.

Key responsibilities

• Interpret project briefs and create visually engaging designs that follow brand guidelines and project goals.
• Develop concepts, drafts, mockups and final artwork using Photoshop, Illustrator and Adobe Premiere.
• Design and maintain brand assets including logos, colour palettes, typography systems and comprehensive brand guidelines.
• Produce event materials such as banners, backdrops, invitations, brochures, presentations and promotional collateral.
• Create pitch decks, visual presentations, templates and mood boards to communicate ideas clearly.
• Present design concepts to internal teams, incorporate feedback and refine outcomes.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and ensuring high creative standards.
• Prepare final files optimized for print, production and digital deployment.
• Stay updated on design trends, tools and best practices, proposing innovative visual solutions.
