Graphic Designer – Digital, Print & Presentation Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a versatile Graphic Designer to join our creative team. You will shape visual identity across digital, print, and high‑impact PowerPoint presentations used by executives, investors, and clients.

Key responsibilities

• Design visual assets for social media, ads, brochures, email templates, infographics, packaging, and event collateral.
• Create polished PowerPoint decks for sales, marketing, investor pitches, conference keynotes, internal town halls, and client proposals.
• Build and maintain branded PowerPoint templates, master slides, and reusable component libraries.
• Transform raw content and data into engaging slides with strong typography, custom iconography, and on‑brand layouts.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, content, and sales teams to meet business objectives.
• Uphold brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all materials.
• Manage multiple projects, meet tight deadlines, and prepare production‑ready files for print and digital use.
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to creative reviews.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of professional graphic design experience (agency or in‑house).
• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communication, or an equivalent portfolio.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating digital, print, and presentation design.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to incorporate feedback.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint (master slides, custom templates, animations, slide automation).
• Expert‑level skills in Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
• Working knowledge of Figma or similar collaborative design tools.
• Strong grasp of typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy for information‑dense slides.
• Ability to visualize data through charts, diagrams, and infographics.
